My name is Tyeshia Brooks. I'm 20 years old, and I was a member of the Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster for 5 years..
When I think of the Club, I remember the staff the most, and the friends I made there.
The Club was a safe place, and a place where I received mentoring from the staff. My favorite memories include the sports leagues.
I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for the Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster . The programs were a fun way to keep kids off the streets. The Club gave me opportunities I didn't have, and an education.
The club is the best place for kids to grow and develop skills in education.
