Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster provides programs and special opportunities specifically designed for teens to learn, grow, and discover their own unique strengths.
Keystone Club affords teens an opportunity to gain valuable leadership and service experience. They conduct activities in four areas: academic success, career exploration, community service, and teen outreach.
College & Career
The Club prepares teens by helping them develop their leadership skills, access post secondary and career readiness activities, and connect their passions with clear goals as they begin their journey toward a Great Future.
Junior Staff is a program for Club teens ages 13 to 18. This program provides your Club staff and volunteers with tools to guide young people in preparing for a career in Boys & Girls Clubs and/or other service professions. Through participation in Junior Staff, teens will develop interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic and a sense of community engagement while experiencing on-the-job Club work.
